As we know, there are a variety of devices that make up a good computer hardware and software.One of the hardware used in the system is a computer keyboard. 4. Function Keys 
These buttons are above the play button keypad typing and can be recognized from the sign F1 to F12. These buttons serve to set some commands such as storing documents, bring up the help menu while typing in Microsoft Word and others.
5. Special Keys 
This button is at the top of the key directional keys and consists of the Home button, Delete, Page up, Page Down, Insert, Print screen, pause break and End. 
6. Modifier Keys
Belonging to the keypad are the Ctrl, Alt and Shift. As the name implies, the three keys will change or modify the function of the other keys in the keypad and other buttons can be pressed simultaneously to bring up the command.
Eg Ctrl keys are pressed simultaneously with the letter C will automatically copy the data that has been on the monitor. The combination of these buttons are also often referred to as shortcut keys.
8. The status light (Lock Keys)Is an indicator light which indicates that a key is being used to set an example, the Caps lock function that allows the data typed in capital letters and numeric lock that is used to activate the numeric keypad keys.
9. Windows keys
Usually on a computer keyboard has keys that display windows Microsoft Windows logo itself. This button serves to bring up the menu in the window windows on the computer.
